Mr. Mueller transformed GCU from a financially troubled university into a $2 Billion institution that has experienced unprecedented growth. Enrollment on the Phoenix campus has increased from less than 1,000 to 16,000 while online enrollment has improved from 12,500 to 55,000.
History and development of the re-positioning on the Metrocenter Mall:
Mr. Fink has over 40 years experience as a Real Estate professional in Development, Financing, Project Acquisition/ Disposition, Asset Management and Debt/Joint Venture structuring. Currently he is redeveloping Metrocenter including rezoning of the 1.3 million sf to accommodate 2.7 million sf mixed-use environment, including office, medical and residential units that meet the needs of the local community with a trade area of more than 156,000 daytime employees and more than 455,000 residents.

Christine is responsible for leading the Business Development Team, including the areas of business attraction, business retention and expansion,small business and entrepreneurial efforts, downtown development, international, retail and workforce development.
